Tenant-scoped access
Workspace membership and role permissions govern access to agents and their knowledge. Database row-level security provides an additional tenant boundary for persisted product data.
Reviewable operations
Audit history records important workspace activity. API keys can be rotated or revoked, and widget origins can be restricted to the websites that should load an agent.
Privacy workflows and accurate claims
